Colouring on this cape was meant to happen! Hours of fun to keep your little one busy. Each cape is made with a mint satin lining, bias cut binding and has a Velcro closure at the neck. A lace cotton trim outlines the scalloped edge hem and each colour cape comes with 6 markers. Includes 1 cape and 6 markers
