Pickup, delivery and shipping options are offered entirely at our discretion, and may be modified or cancelled without notice.
These options typically include:
1) Store pickup at either of our store locations (67 Main Street, Unit D, Erin, ON, N0B 1T0 or 735 Tower Street South, Fergus, ON, N1M 2R2). This option is offered free of any additional charge.
2) Local delivery service ONLY for those unable to participate in a free pickup at store location, and offered entirely at our discretion. Limitations may include, but are not limited to, road and weather conditions, proximity to store location, accessibility of property and/or safety limitations of access to property. Subject further to the availability of delivery personnel. May be subject to a surcharge. TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS SERVICE, YOU MUST PHONE OR EMAIL US.
3) Standard shipping via courier (Canpar, Purolator, UPS, Fedex, or other provider) to any address serviced by and accessible to the shipper. This service is offered on a cost-recovery basis and pricing cannot be fully guaranteed at time of checkout. Additional shipping costs will be disclosed via email prior to the items purchased being shipped. Should the purchaser wish to cancel their transaction no penalty or cancellation fee will be charged.
General guideline on shipping costs: the STANDARD cost will be included during your checkout process. This is a minimum typical charge for shipping based on your province. Additional fees may apply for large items, multi-item orders, or other special shipping considerations. An email quote will be sent.
FOR ONTARIO - standard shipping charge is $23+applicable taxes
FOR THE FOLLOWING PROVINCES: NOVA SCOTIA, NEW BRUNSWICK, QUEBEC, SASKATCHEWAN, MANITOBA, ALBERTA - standard shipping charge is $25+applicable taxes
FOR THE FOLLOWING PROVINCES: PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR, BRITISH COLUMBIA - standard shipping charge is $28+applicable taxes
FOR CANADIAN TERRITORIES - standard shipping charge is $30+applicable taxes
FOR THE UNITED STATES - standard shipping charge is $40+applicable taxes
Once the items purchased are picked up from our premises, or delivered or otherwise provided to the shipper they become the property of the purchaser and are no longer the responsibility of Brighten Up Toys & Games. Courier insurance will be included on all shipments. Any damages/defects/losses caused by the process of delivery should be addressed directly with the shipper.
