Patchwork is an art form, in which designers use precious fabrics to create beautiful textiles. Players are working to create a beautiful quilt that takes effort and time, but the patches available just don't want to fit in! Choose your patches carefully and keep a healthy supply of buttons to not only finish your quilt, but to make it look better and more beautiful than your opponent's. Using uneven pieces of fabric can result in real masterpieces; textile artists love this game!
Players compete to build the most aesthetic (and highest-scoring) patchwork quilt on a 9x9 personal game board. To start playing, lay out all the patches at random in a circle and place a marker directly clockwise from patch 2-1. Each player takes five buttons - the in-game currency / points - and someone is chosen as the starting player.
